"For the second time in less than 12 months I had the opportunity to work with Southeast Restoration after 2 rental homes had fires. I wrote a 5-star after the first one because they did a great job both in the quality of their services delivered but also in their communications with me. My background is Project Management, so I know good Project Management when I see it and these guys did a great job coordinating all the services from demolition to rebuilding my homes including even replacement HVAC system in both. The quality of the work was excellent, but what mattered more to me was, when there was an issue, which there will ALWAYS be, they took the initiative to resolve it quickly and always with my satisfaction in mind. I also asked them to install a few things to upgrade the rental homes as part of the process and they made it work. If you have a fire or water damage, etc.. to your home and you need a quality mitigation and renovation company, this is my highly recommended referral to you! FYI: The two PM's I worked with for this last project were Jonathan (JD) and Jarrad, both were easy to work with, communicated often and well, and I highly recommend them for your project.
