"Juan and his team (Juan, Andress and Luis) with Servpro are excellent! Our toilet supply line busted while we were out of town. We found inches of water on the main level and in our basement. Juan’s team arrived within the hour after being contacted on a holiday Saturday night. They were quick and thorough! The team stayed into the wee hours of the morning removing baseboards and setting up fans. They returned promptly to wrap our furniture in protective plastic and remove floor boards. Juan and his team checked the moisture levels and repositioned fans regularly. He took the time to explain the process to me, answer all of my questions, and helped me work with my insurance. It was reassuring and comforting to work with a professional and quick team in a time of unexpected chaos!"
