"Where do I begin. From the time I noticed that my bathroom flooded and went through the ceiling into the garage, I just knew this was going to be a horrible experience. Tim responded within a couple of hours after my call (maybe even an hour) to start the drying process. I was so impressed with the promptness, professionalism, sensitivity, and all-around great emergency response. The crew arrived early in the morning to assess the job. Omg! The team was phenomenal and very informative and reassuring. I have to shout out Jay, who was the project manager for the majority of the job. Words have not been created to describe Jay and how he turned my worst experience to a good one. Jay is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you, Jay, for your experience, knowledge, your genuine kindness, professionalism, and your clarity in explaining the process step by step.
